Too much time is spent on preparing children to past whilst too little time is devoted in assessing them to determine their natural career path.

CXC subjects should not be chosen based on how good your child is at a subject but should instead be chosen to align with his/her natural career path

 In the long run all the players will benefit; resources will not be wasted pursuing careers that are far removed from the person’s vocational interest, workers will be happier doing their jobs. Doctors will perform surgeries and architects will build bridges and not the other way around. As a result of the the GDP will be positively impacted.
