The Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is a work-based and work focused intervention, counseling, and referral service. The problems addressed by the programme include, but are not limited to: relationship difficulties, family and marital problems, emotional and psychiatric problems, substance dependency, and financial and legal concerns. The services provided by our professionals include problem assessment, manager, supervisor, and organisational consultation, counseling, psychological screening and referral for specific types of treatment, aftercare, case follow-up, training, and educational programming.
