Calvert A. Thomas  - Management Consultant

 An associate consultant of TD&C Mr. Thomas is a seasoned management consultant with over twenty (20) years experience in conducting a variety of management, systems and procedures audits. He has strong theoretical and practical experience in the fields of Benchmarking, Quality Improvement, Job Analysis and Design, Job Evaluation and Policy and Procedures improvement.
 
Calvert Thomas has worked with a number of private and parastatal organisations in developing relevant organisation structures, systems and quality improvement. He is very capable of guiding project teams in identifying and solving organizational problems and improving the quality of service provided to customers.

A university graduate, Mr. Thomas has post graduate qualifications in Management Studies and a first degree in Mass Communications with Social Sciences from the University of the West Indies. He is a current member of the Jamaica Society for Quality (J.S.Q.) and is a trained facilitator for business process projects.
